Quality control and assurance

We directly supervise and manage all the activities from the purchase of materials for the mold up to the final processing on the castings, carrying out direct checks or through accredited laboratories

Our quality system has been certified ISO 9001 since 2006 and EN 9100 since 2018.

For dimensional inspection we use, in addition to conventional measuring instruments, two regularly calibrated and certified CNC coordinate measuring machines with a working range of 700x700x1000/600.

Statistically analysed sampling and inspection plans are defined to ensure the maintenance of the agreed quality requirements.
