Production of aluminium and light alloys die castings
We are specialized in small and medium series supplies (from a few dozen to over 50,000 pieces/year) with presses from 250 to 1200 tons that can cover a dimensional range from a few square millimetres up to 2,500 square millimetres and from a few grams up to 12Kg.
The finishing of the castings is carried out using two trimming presses with a capacity up to 30 tons, belt grinders and sandblasters.
The main sectors for which our castings are used are: aerospace and defense, HO.RE.CA., telecommunications, medical equipment and general mechanics.
Mechanical processing of castings and finishing
We have 7 CNC machining centres, all with double pallets, two of which with 4th axis and a maximum working range of 700x600x500mm and a lathe with counter-spindle and C-Y axis.
Programming and pre-setting are performed offline with CAM software in order to minimize setup times and costs.
We collaborate with qualified suppliers for galvanic treatments, powder and liquid painting, providing the customer with the possibility of having a truly ONE STOP service with a single point of contact from industrialization to delivery of the finished product.
